On this International Day of Yoga, spontaneously taught my First Yoga Class . After finishing the clinic , quickly came home to change and back to the office and demonstrated Yoga Asanas to my employees . Thanks to My Yoga Teacher / Guru Alok Sharma in New Delhi for teaching me Yoga via Zoom for the past 2 years .
