Dr. Randeep Suneja becomes Harvard Alumnus

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Experience to become a Harvard Alumnus!

Harvard SQIL ( Safety, Quality Informatics and Leadership) Program was simply a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious experience! The year long Certification program included three almost week long workshops one each in London, Shanghai and Boston. Our diverse Graduating class of 91 students from six continents and 20 countries mostly consisted of physicians. Coursework included 15 live webinars, 33 lectures, 10 quizzes, three team presentations, one research Capstone project and then a final examination.

The World renowned faculty of this program included Dr. Ajay Singh, Dr. Aziz Sheikh, Dr. Charles Friedman and Katheryn Santos as Co Directors. One could absolutely feel their passion of teaching running in their veins.

Our cohort of students

were blessed to get to learn from this phenomenal faculty who have become our mentors we will cherish forever. The 91 students literally from all over the globe have bonded through this unique learning experience and have become friends hopefully for a lifetime.

A day prior to graduation, we were invited to a Black-tie Dinner at the Harvard Club of Boston where we were all declared Alumni of Harvard Medical School and Harvard University. Next afternoon, as part of the the Graduation Ceremony, we all participated in our group photo followed by the ceremony of joyfully throwing all our Hats in the air on the steps of the Iconic Harvard Medical School Gordon Hall. This was followed by the ceremony where our course faculty along with the Dean of Harvard Medical School handed over the Diplomas with all classmates and families cheering for each other.

I am grateful to my family especially my wife for supporting me in this venture and also video streaming the entire graduation ceremony live so that my family could watch this in New Delhi, India in real-time.

Life is a journey of continuous learning which must never ever end! 🙏🙏🙏
